Alex Lee is the Advisor you NEED to work with. Seriously stop reading and reach out to him now, you will not regret it. He went above and beyond the call of service. I met Alex in the beginning of the year (Q1), I was in the market to purchase my first ever home. Totally unaware of the emotional roller coaster and journey I was about to go on. Long story short I thought it would take only a few weeks or a month to find my home, it ended up taking a whole year. In that year, I went to roughly 40 – 50 open houses (probably more), I placed about 4 – 5 offers, was ridiculously out bid times (crazy covid market) and I could go on with the little challenges I faced along the way. But during that year Alex was there for my family and me. He was my loan guru, my friend, my coworker, my finance teacher, but ultimately, he was my home loan champion. He checked in frequently, provided letters of approval (and renewed them), he would call agents to confirm my loan worthiness, even set me up with a great Real-estate Agent. After being outbid he would keep me positive and looking forward. He believed the right house for me was out there, and he was right. When I finally found my house Alex was just as happy as me, I saw real joy in him. He was genuine and authentic. He was there for me, he went through the pain with me, he was always positive, uplifting and did what he could to make sure I got what I wanted. He listened, advised, and ultimately became my friend. Then when the loan package was being finalized, he did his part, he asked the right questions, he guided me calmly in getting my documents together. For the icing on this cake the man called me and worked on my loan package while he was in another country on vacation. Seriously who does that? Answer only Awesome people do that.
